Mr. Kenoyer has closed over $1 billion of debt and real estate transactions over the course of his career. Most recently, Mr. Kenoyer founded Source Capital Partners, LLC in October 2012. 

Prior to this, Mr. Kenoyer worked for a publicly traded, federal savings bank where he founded and managed the Capital Markets division through the acquisition, origination and sale of over $650 million of real estate debt.   

Prior to his career in Capital Markets, Mr. Kenoyer worked in buy-side M&A in the financial services sector while working at a top seven mortgage bank in the U.S. During his tenure, Mr. Kenoyer's group acquired and integrated more than 2,000 retail mortgage employees.   

Mr. Kenoyer started his career in investment banking while working for Guiliani Capital Advisors, LLC (formerly Ernst and Young Corporate Finance) in Los Angeles, CA where he focused on sell-side M&A and restructuring engagements. 

Mr. Kenoyer graduated Magna Cum Laude from Baylor University with a bachelor's degree in Finance.
